For that reason, We work hard to ensure that every order is processed quickly, securely and discreetly from the moment it is placed until it arrives at Your door.

All parcels are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no external branding, logos, product descriptions or references to adult products displayed on the parcel exterior.

For additional privacy, billing descriptors and payment references may appear under MotoCafe Holdings Pty Ltd or another associated trading entity rather than Onaholes Australia.


Order Processing Times

Orders placed before 12:00pm (Sydney time) on business days are generally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm, on weekends, or on public holidays are generally dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery timeframes commence from the date of dispatch and not the date the order is placed.

During periods of unusually high demand, promotional sales, public holidays or courier delays, dispatch times may occasionally be extended. If there is any significant delay affecting Your order, We will endeavour to notify You as soon as reasonably practicable.

Flat Rate: AU$11.95 per order.

FREE Standard Shipping on Australian orders over AU$75.

Express Shipping

Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days following dispatch to eligible metropolitan locations.

Additional charges may apply depending upon the delivery location and shipping method selected.

All delivery timeframes published on Our Website are estimates only and are provided by the relevant carrier. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather events, public holidays, courier delays, peak demand periods and other circumstances beyond Our reasonable control.


Same Day Delivery Services (Sydney Metro)

Where available, We may offer same-day courier services throughout Greater Sydney using providers including:

  • Uber Delivery
  • Zoom2U
  • StarTrack Courier
  • Australia Post On Demand
  • Other specialist courier providers

Availability depends upon:

  • delivery location;
  • time of order;
  • courier operating hours;
  • courier availability;
  • weather and traffic conditions.

Same-day courier services generally require:

  • a residential or commercial street address;
  • the recipient to be present;
  • signature upon delivery;
  • a valid mobile telephone number;
  • safe and lawful access for the courier.

PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers are generally not eligible for same-day courier services.

Orders placed outside courier operating hours will generally be dispatched on the next available business day.


Real-Time Parcel Tracking

Most orders include real-time parcel tracking, allowing You to monitor Your shipment from dispatch through to delivery.

Authority to Leave

Depending on the selected shipping service and courier policy, parcels may be left unattended at the delivery address in a location deemed reasonably safe by the courier.

Where a parcel is left in accordance with the courier’s procedures, delivery will generally be considered completed.

If You do not wish a parcel to be left unattended, You should ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.


Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details via email once Your order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may not become active immediately and may take several hours to appear within the carrier’s tracking system following dispatch.


Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned parcels or additional charges arising from incorrect delivery addresses, recipient names, email addresses, telephone numbers or other information supplied by the customer.

Multiple Shipments

Where a parcel is returned to Us due to customer error or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply before re-dispatch.


Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

We are not responsible for parcels lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has been completed by the carrier.

If You believe a parcel has been lost, misdelivered or damaged in transit, please contact Us promptly so that We may assist You in making enquiries with the relevant carrier.


Inspection of Deliveries

Customers should inspect all deliveries promptly upon receipt.

Any issues concerning damage, shortages, incorrect items or delivery discrepancies should be reported to Us within seven (7) days of delivery so that We may investigate and assist in resolving the matter.


Parcel Forwarding Services

Orders delivered to parcel forwarding, freight forwarding or mail forwarding services are delivered at the customer’s risk.

We are not responsible for loss, damage, delay or non-delivery occurring after a parcel has been delivered to a forwarding provider nominated by the customer.
